A verification is any submission the AI reads and an operator decides on — a KYC pack or a construction-stage photo set. We only bill verifications that move money toward a disbursement; re-reads on the same submission are free.
Never. The AI does the reading and surfaces a verdict; a human officer makes every release decision. The model can recommend, flag or boost confidence — it cannot move money on its own.

Yes. Every lender shares one database, with row-level security enforced at the database — not the application — so one lender can never read another's rows. Data resides in Mumbai (Supabase, ap-south-1). Note that AI vision calls are processed by Anthropic in the United States; everything else stays in Mumbai.
